Law Clerk (MUST SPEAK CHINESE)

Job Description: A small, general practice law office based in
Philadelphia Chinatown is seeking a full-time law clerk to become an
important part of the team and help handle our growing caseload. Our
practice areas include real estate, business transactions, litigation,
immigration, and family law. The position involves a mix of substantive
legal work, administrative work, and client communications. Job duties
include legal research, drafting pleadings, contracts, and court
documents, and preparing immigration applications.

Qualification: JD or LLM. No bar license required. Bachelor Degree plus
legal experience considered. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese required.

Wage: Pay Commensurate with Experience plus paid vacation/sick days and benefits
