We are providing lead testing services and issuing a certificate of Lead Safe Certificate per EPA’s requirements. In addition, we are offering Lead Dust Sampling Technician One Day Course so that you will receive necessary training and receive a certificate of completion and will be able to conduct lead testing services for other rental units in Philadelphia.
We are the only EPA accredited and approved training facility located in Philadelphia and the second in PA.

费城的房东请注意啦~ 如果您在费城出租房在一下的邮编地区，且您的租赁执照在2021年10月1日到2022年3月1日之间需要续的话，您的出租房必须通过铅检查，获取铅安执照。否则费城政府不会续您的房屋租赁执照。您的房客也可以依法，合法拒绝付房租。
