Position Overview
I am opening up a new office for a leading insurance company in the Philadelphia Chinatown area. I am seeking one or two full-time qualified professionals to join my team. You will be selling insurance and financial products based on customer needs and providing remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities
Develop leads, identify customer needs, and sell appropriate insurance and financial products based on customer needs.
Complete service work for existing customers.
Schedule customer appointments, establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Work with the agent and other team members to meet marketing and production goals

Requirements
Self-motivated and goal driven
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable working in a small team
Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
PA Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain and fees will be reimbursed)
PA Life & Health license (must be able to obtain and fees will be reimbursed)
Work authorization in the United States
