Job Summary
Our company needs a motivated sales manager to oversee our stores. We need a high-performing person to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and marketing strategy, and justifying those plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities and Duties
l Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
l Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the customer base and ensures its the strong presence
l Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
l Be an active member of the Marketing team, leading and co-creating the broader marketing strategy
l Set sales targets for individual locations
l Regular maintenance and adjustment of store display, according to customer and products conditions

Qualifications and Skills
l Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, furniture industry is preferred
l Experience in store display, good aesthetic
l Good knowledge of offline marketing channels, including billboards ads, print ads, and so on, and interested in digital marketing channels, including Social Media, EDM
l Team player demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
l Proven ability to drive the sales process & marketing campaigns from plan to close
