Opening Positions - Senior Director
In Greeter Value Pharmaceuticals

Greeter Value Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. is a high-tech pharmaceutical company based in Shanghai. The company was founded by experienced partners in 2011. Our cross-functional partners include 5 senior pharmaceuticals scientists in USA, 2 professors from top universities, 2 Wall Street financial professionals, and 1 successful entrepreneur in China. The company has a competitive global strategy, including the synergy among high efficient capital investment, advanced drug development, high-quality and low-cost control, and effective global sales development. Our core business is focused on the research and development, manufacturing, and sales of high-end generic drugs, which involves advanced chemistry and process technologies and therefore generates high profits. Our middle and long term goals are (1) to become a competitive pharmaceutical company with our core technologies and patents; and (2) to build well-known product brands and an excellent reputation. Our long term goal is to bring our company to IPO (公司上市). In current stage, our focus is API and intermediates. Next stage we will focus on formulation.

Currently, we have open positions for senior chemists in Process Chemistry and Organic Synthesis (中试, 有机合成).

Job Title: Senior Director or VP (based in Shanghai 上海)
Description:
1. Lead a team of 6 organic chemists working on API synthesis and optimization; effectively manage day-to-day lab operations. (负责领导实验团队进行高效有序的研发)
2. Design and develop scalable synthetic route for intermediates and APIs. Help to address issues existing from lab to pilot plant scale of process as well as eventual commercialization under cGMP. (中试工艺优化)
3. Project management: propose, plan and monitor projects, prepare and review project reports and communicate effectively with company management/partners and clients. (有效的项目管理，合理的计划性，负责设计丶执行和协调实验；及时评估阶段性工作目标)
4. Motivate team members and develop their interests and potentials, and direct senior staff by active coaching and training while cultivating collaborative and competitive team culture, creative problem-solving and result-driven operations. (领导丶激励丶发掘团队研究人员的兴趣和潜力，建立积极丶公平的合作和竞争氛围)

Requirements:
1. Strong organic chemistry or process chemistry background. Ph.D. in organic chemistry and at least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in USA, in the fields of synthesis, process development and/or API manufacturing technology. (有扎实的有机合成功底，最好有全合成或中试工艺背景; 有机化学博士)
An in-depth understanding of pharmaceutical development and manufacturing processes. Ideally, the candidate has working experience in top pharmaceutical companies or held a managerial role in leading CMO organizations.
Working knowledge of US FDA and Chinese SFDA drug regulations and cGMP.
Global generic drug company experience in manufacturing and management preferred.
Special skills of developing processes for high potent drugs preferred.
Good communication and management skills.
Self-motivation, ownership and entrepreneurship attitude strongly desired. (热爱合成化学，能自我激励，有主人翁精神和爱岗敬业态度)
