3717一室一厅招租室友，限女生。房子在chestnut Street, 就在International House旁边，属于Penn最安全的区域了，到GSE, Walton, Library等地方走路最多五分钟，出门就可以坐21路，到地铁站最多走十分钟，算是除了学校宿舍最抢手的地方了。出租的房间是客厅，但是因为房子结构是卧室与客厅分开的，进门后两个方向，所以互相不打扰，卫生间和衣柜都进门的位置。客厅的位置很宽敞，睡觉的地方有遮光的窗帘，所以还是比较有私密空间的。冰箱，空调，家具之类的都有，还是比较方便的。


出租价钱是415，因为在续签新的租约，所以还没有确定具体价格，但是应该差不太多。房租包括水费丶电费丶热水丶暖气和天然气。房子从一月底到二月初就可以正式出租了，不过如果有春季想早点过来的同学，可以提前联系，商量具体时间。
