公寓楼在wissahickon ave上。到SJU开车5-10分钟，离高速很近, 火车站在一个block外。
一个月$400房租再有电费和网费（40左右）水和气免费
室友是男生，在NJ工作，周一到周四不在，周末有时候不在， 所以大部分时间整个apartment就是你的。

One bedroom in a two bedroom apartment is available right now until July 2012. It is located on Wissahickon Ave, which is 5-10 minutes drive distance to SJU. Train station is 1 block away. The room is spacious and bright with great city view. The rental price is 400/month plus electricity and internet (about 40 in total). Gas and water are included. One male roommate, works in NJ, won’t be home Mon to Thursday and some weekends. So its like a 2 bedroom apt for yourself! Pretty good deal!
